Welcome to The Malgo Way, a space dedicated to movement, mindfulness, and community. I’m Malgo, a certified RYT 200 Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, passionate about helping people connect with their bodies, breathe deeply, and cultivate balance in their lives.
Through my Social Yoga Classes every Sunday, I create a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone—regardless of experience—can come together, stretch, strengthen, and find inner peace. Whether you’re looking to enhance flexibility, reduce stress, or simply enjoy the energy of practicing in a group, my sessions are designed to nurture both body and mind.
